Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for personal data received through www.logtech.com.ar is LOGTECH S.A.S. (LogTech® Software & Soluciones Tecnológicas), Carlos Pellegrini 1163, Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about your data, write to info@logtech.com.ar.

What data we receive

• The information you enter in the contact form: full name, company, job title, company size, email, phone, the topic of your enquiry, your message and your preferred contact channel. We also record how you reached the site (for example, from LinkedIn).
• What you write in the site's virtual assistant.
• What you send us by WhatsApp or email.
• Browsing data, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics (see "Cookies and analytics").

How we use it

We use this data only to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal if you ask for one and stay in touch with you. We use browsing data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties. We do not send you advertising unless you ask us to.

Where it is stored

Contact form enquiries are sent from our hosting provider (hosting.com) and received in our Google Workspace mailboxes. Virtual assistant conversations are processed on systems developed by LogTech. The site uses the Cloudflare network. These providers may store or process data outside Argentina.

Google Analytics data is processed by Google and may be stored outside Argentina.

How we protect it

We apply technical and organisational measures so your data is not lost or accessed or modified by unauthorised people. Only the LogTech team handling your enquiry has access to it.

How long we keep it

We keep it for as long as it is needed to answer your enquiry and maintain the relationship with your company. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to measure how many people visit it and how they navigate it. To do this, Google places cookies in your browser. This data does not allow us to identify you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, or to correct, update or delete it. Write to info@logtech.com.ar with your name and the email you used to contact us.

Under Argentine Law No. 25,326, data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown (section 14, subsection 3). The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, handles complaints and claims from people whose rights are affected by non-compliance with data protection rules.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
