LogTech® builds virtual assistants with artificial intelligence that answer enquiries, book appointments, take orders and work connected to the company systems. They run on WhatsApp, the website, social media or inside an internal system, and hand over to a person when the conversation requires it.
It is a system that handles conversations in natural language. It interprets what the person needs, answers with the right information and, when connected to the company systems, can look up live data or register a request. Unlike an automated reply, it does not depend on the user choosing an option from a menu.
To connect it with company systems we work with integrations and APIs.
Common situations across different industries.
Stock, pricing and shipping questions, order tracking and after-sales support.
Appointments, reminders, preparation instructions and rescheduling.
First contact with enquiries, initial qualification and routing to the right person.
Course information, enrolment and student follow-up.
Staff questions about procedures, stock, status or documentation.
The assistant becomes far more useful once it stops answering with generic information. Connected to the management system, the CRM or the database, it can report the status of an order, the availability of a slot or the balance of an account, and register the request at the same time. That scope, and the permissions behind it, are defined during the project.
From defining the scope to going live.
We define which enquiries the assistant should resolve and when it hands over to a person.
We collect the documentation, processes and data the assistant needs.
We connect it with the platforms used to look up or register information.
We enable it on WhatsApp, the website or the relevant channel.
We validate its behaviour before it talks to customers.
We monitor conversations and adjust the answers based on results.
An assistant can also be aimed at the team rather than the customer. Silas, one of the Sello LogTech solutions, works on email and calendar: it summarises messages, drafts replies, schedules meetings and organises tasks.

A chatbot answers based on a predefined menu. An AI assistant understands the question even when it is phrased differently, and can work with current company data.

No. It resolves repetitive enquiries and hands over to a person when the situation requires it, including the conversation history.
Yes, through integrations and APIs. The scope of that access and the permissions are defined during the project.
Regular review of conversations and tuning of the answers, plus updates when prices, services or processes change.
Tell us which enquiries it should resolve, on which channel it should run and which systems it needs to connect to.
