With OCR (optical character recognition) and artificial intelligence, a system can read a supplier invoice, a delivery note, or any other document, whether a PDF or a photo, and extract the key data: supplier, CUIT (Argentine tax ID number), document number, date, amounts, VAT, and products. That data is automatically entered into the business management or accounting system, and a person only reviews the questionable cases.

In many companies, someone receives invoices by email, by WhatsApp, or on paper, and types them in one by one. It is a slow, repetitive task with room for error: a single wrongly entered number can lead to an incorrect payment or a tax problem.
Documents arrive at a designated email address or folder, or are uploaded from a phone.
The system recognizes the text and identifies the type of document.
It identifies the data: issuer, CUIT, document type and number, date, amounts, VAT rates, and line items.
It checks that the data is consistent: that the amounts add up, that the CUIT exists in the supplier database, and that the document has not been entered twice.
It records the information in the business management or accounting system.
Anything that fails validation is flagged for a person to review.
